Tofu kebab (serves 6)


1 red onions

800 grs of Tofu

6 Tortilla wraps

Few radishes

1 cucumber

1 pot of plain Yoghurt




1/Cut the tofu into 4 cms squares and marinade in 4 Tablespoons of Mama Jacqs for 1 hour minimum

2/Pre-heat the oven to 180C

3/Bake for approx 15 mins

4/While the tofu is cooking, start thinly slicing the cucumbers, radishes & onion

5/Pour some of the yoghurt into a bowl and add the dill

6/Spread some of the yoghurt mix on the wraps

7/ Add the cucumber, radishes & onions

8/ By now the tofu should be ready, add it to the wraps

9/ Sprinkle some Feta



Sweet Potatoes Fries


2 kgs of sweet potatoes

2 Teaspoons of Smoked Paprika

2 Teaspoons of Chilli Powder

2 Teaspoons of Garlic Salt

2 Teaspoons of Italian Herbs Mix


1/Pre-heat the oven to 200C

2/Sprinkle the spices evenly and mix

3/Bake for 20 to 25 mins

4/ Serve
